Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will manage restaurant operations in conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Restaurant Manager. You will recruit, select, train and develop restaurant employees and promote a fun and friendly environment. You will manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service and use management information tools to analyze restaurant operational and financial performance.

Restaurant Manager

Restaurant managers are responsible for managing the overall operations of the restaurant. Develop a strong team to provide excellent customer service and build restaurant sales and profit while ensuring policies and procedures are followed. We need Managers who demonstrate passion and pride. Is willing and able to adjust to multiple demands and can implement, manages and support any changes.

District Manager

District Managers oversee several restaurants and help drive restaurant sales and profits by providing clear direction and leadership to restaurant management. You will be responsible for executing the brand strategy and promoting the Company's vision, mission, and values. Consistently makes high quality decisions based on experience, policy and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, retail or related industry
  • Ability to travel 85-90% of the time locally with some overnight travel required
  • Flexibility to address issues in a 24/7 environment

Facilities

The ideal candidate will have solid, proven success in performing general maintenance and repair activities, including moderately complex electrical, plumbing, mechanical maintenance, assists with vendors to support our facilities.

In this role you will

  • Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and life safety equipment in accordance with operating manuals and manufacturers' specifications and provide recommendations as needed
  • Maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System for preventive maintenance
  • Oversee operation of Energy Management System to ensure efficient operations and provides periodic reports
  • Use a Company web-based database to reference all Corporate Support Center (CSC) & Innovative Center (IC) building plans and operating manuals
  • Set up conference rooms according to requested table and chair configurations and equipment specifications
  • Assist with the replacement of systems furniture components and make adjustments to systems furniture configurations
  • Assist with overseeing the maintenance of the landscape and exterior image for grounds and buildings
  • Provide assistance to vendors and ensures quality maintenance and repair services are provided

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent technical trade training
  • 2+ years equipment repair and maintenance experience in a corporate enterprise environment; experience with vendor management a plus
  • Certification to work in Asbestos; preferred but not required, Certification course will be provided post hire
  • Strong work history in electrical, Mechanical and plumbing
  • Experience and comfort utilizing computer based applications such as the EMS software, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Very strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate hand tools and various machinery as needed
